Is it possible to transfer a Pokémon all the way from Pokémon Red/Blue to Pokémon Diamond/Pearl?
I am wondering if it’s possible to trade a Pokémon from Red/Blue to Gold/Silver to Ruby/Sapphire to Pearl/Diamond.
I know that its possible from Ruby/Sapphire to Pearl/Gold, but I’m unsure of the rest. Anyone out there know?
Unfortunately no.
If you try to trade a Pokemon from Red/Blue/Yellow to Silver/Gold/Crystal it’ll work (as long as, from G/S/C, you don’t trade any new Pokemon or old Pokemon with new moves).
But then if you try to trade it from Red/Blue/Yellow/Silver/Gold/Crystal to Fire Red/Leaf Green/Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald, it won’t work. And if you can’t transfer it to a GBA game, then you obviously can’t do the Palpark thing.
